The Valknut is an ancient symbol recorded first by the ancient Germanic people but is also featured within Norse mythology. It was widely believed to be used as a magical symbol used to transport the spirits of slain warriors from the underworld and back to the world of the living. In its essence, it epitomises being the process of being reborn. From primitive societies right up until our very own modern technological civilisation, rebirth has, and always will be essential for spiritual development and inner healing.
